Below is the job description
To deliver quality of customer service in the front desk
To ensure the delivery of smooth, efficient and consistent best practice of functioning of the customer service desk
To be responsible
To have high level of product knowledge
To handle general enquires at service desk
To answer telephonic calls for any queries
To keep records or customers complaint and request
To handle customers complaints as per the department policy and procedure
Cash handling according to malls gift card sales flow
