We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our Data & Tech Graduate Program. This rotational program provides participants with hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to diverse aspects of technology, preparing them for successful careers in the tech industry. Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop valuable skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
This program is exclusively for Emirati Nationals +
1. IT Rotation:
+ Assist in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
+ Participate in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
+ Gain exposure to cybersecurity practices, data protection, and IT governance.
2. Data Rotation:
+ Support data collection, processing, and analysis initiatives.
+ -Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines, databases, and data warehouses.
+ Gain experience with data visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights effectively.
3. Product Design Rotation:
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-centric and intuitive product interfaces.
+ Participate in user research, prototyping, and usability testing activities.
+ Gain exposure to design principles, methodologies, and tools used in product design.
4. Product Management Rotation:
+ Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
+ Support the prioritization of features and requirements based on market analysis and customer feedback.
+ Gain experience in agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
+ Must be an Emirati National
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Design, or related field.
+ Passion for technology and eagerness to learn and innovate.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
