Role Title: Digital Business Analyst
Department: Entertainment Industry
Project Duration: 12 Months (with a possibility of Full Time Employment)
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a business analyst. Excellent experience within retail, online ecommerce, F&B industries in B2C solutions. Should be well versed with documentation and have excellent communication skills.
Role Purpose:
As a business analyst for the Entertainment Industry, the role is responsible for constantly engaging with business stake holders to identify innovations and digital enhancement opportunities that are translated into well-articulated, actionable solutions. BA will be instrumental in creating memorable and engaging experiences for our guests through cutting-edge technology. The role would be reporting to the Senior Project Manager.
Definition of Success:
- Quality of documentation and business need gathering that lead to minimal change requests.
- Stakeholder feedback with a 90% approval rating.
- Measurable user adoption of solutions and products.
- AED 2Mn + of measurable business enhancements / year.
- Less than 5% scope deviation in projects.
RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst working on B2C solutions within retail, entertainment or similar industries.
Strong understanding of digital / IT technologies, including infrastructure, cloud, mobile apps and e-commerce
Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is preferred but not required. Analytical, problem solving and time management skills
