Job Title: Electrical Engineer - Site Operations

Responsibilities:

Site Electrical Maintenance:

• Oversee and manage daily electrical maintenance activities at AtkinsRéalis sites.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.

Troubleshooting and Repairs:

• Lead troubleshooting efforts to diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to implement effective and sustainable solutions.
• Respond to emergency repairs, minimizing downtime and ensuring rapid issue resolution.

Optimization and Upgrades:

• Identify opportunities for system optimization and energy efficiency improvements.
• Plan and execute upgrades to electrical infrastructure in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

Safety Compliance:

• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Generate regular reports on the performance and condition of electrical systems.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on site operations.
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to respond to emergency situations outside regular working hours.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
