JOB Title : Electrical Engineer – M2RO

JOB DESCRIPTION

Mobilization Phase : Participate in plant commissioning activities, raising site observations & punch points,

observe and report daily plant maintenance during early water production period. Support O&M Manager in

warranty and handover of plant from EPC resulting in smooth transition from EPC to O&M Team.

During O&M Period / post COD of plant;

Manage all maintenance activities associated with defect and planned maintenance programmes, through a

team of site based engineers, technicians and at times by external contract agencies.

Development of the short and long term maintenance strategy for the plant and the development of a capable

engineering, planning and maintenance team to support that strategy.

Day to day plant efficient management of maintenance activities, according to good utility practice, company

rules and procedures, legal, contractual and other requirements

Respects the O&M agreement with the Owner and the Services Agreements with the long-term contractors.

Ensure that the plant meets availability, reliability, efficiency, production and cost targets, safely and within the

environmental, legal and contractual requirements.

Establish the appropriate procedures and CMMS processes as applicable to a prudent management regime.

Coordinate maintenance activities with finance and accounting, administration, HSE and operations dept.

Define, manage and monitor the maintenance budget in line with the overall company budget.
