Our client is a Luxury Retail start-up which is now looking to hire an Arabic speaking Executive Assistant to support their CEO.

Description
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.Prepare and organise materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review and presentation by the CEO.Coordinate and facilitate communication between the CEO and various departments within the organisation.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.Offer translation services as required, guaranteeing precise and culturally attuned communication in both Arabic and English languages
Profile
Excellent English and Arabic speaking and writing skills3-5 years of experienceProficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)Prior experience in a Start-up is a plus
