We are two founders building fast — an e-commerce advertising agency with 20–25 people and a mentorship business for other agency owners.

This role blends executive support, personal assistance, and life operations.
On any given day you might be managing our calendars, coordinating a group trip for 20 people, tracking our supplement stock, uploading content to our mentorship platform, sending a proposal to a client, booking a blood test, or organizing a content shoot.
