Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly professionals and organized Executive Assistants to support our Chairman. Successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative and executive duties, ensuring efficient operation of the office and maintaining excellent standards in all forms of communication and teamwork.


Language Requirements:


  • Excellent command of Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, events, and international affairs for the Chairman.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling all office correspondence in multiple languages.
  • Maintain and oversee information flow within the organization, keeping the Chairman updated on daily operations.
  • Record meeting minutes, manage follow-ups, and oversee project execution and task completion.
  • Organize the Chairman's schedule, arrange travel, and prepare daily summaries of key events.
  • Maintain electronic and conventional filing systems for efficient data access.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and other executives to facilitate communication.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and professionally assist visitors.
  • Be ready to travel at short notice as and when required.
  • Ability to stretch for long working hours and adaptable to work at different time zones as per the work demands.

Education and Skills required.


  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Highly professional with strong organizational skills, experienced in event organization, document management, and providing executive support.
  • Skilled in coordinating meetings and conference calls, creating professional presentations, and managing document workflows.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to handle cross-cultural interactions, manage teams, and ensure task completion.
