Female Speech Therapist

Our client is a leading healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE, seeking a skilled and experienced Female Speech Therapist to join their team. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to children and individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and swallowing abilities in children and individuals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to address speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
• Collaborate with the medical director and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement integrated care plans.
• Prepare detailed assessment reports and provide regular updates to the medical director.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Stay updated with the latest research, advancements, and best practices in the field of speech therapy.
• Possess a strong understanding of cultural considerations and adapt therapy approaches accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Therapist, preferably with experience in schools or working with children.
• Valid license or registration to practice as a Speech Therapist in Lebanon.
• Demonstrated experience in providing assessments and generating comprehensive reports.
• Certificates and additional training in specialized areas of speech therapy are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic languages.
