· Conduct thorough analyses of business data to identify trends, opportunities, and efficiencies.
· Collaborate with various teams to implement financial systems that support business needs.
· Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to aid in decision-making.
· Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
· Assist in project management and oversee the execution of strategic business initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
· A strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in financial modelling and analysis.
· Excellent attention to detail and capability to work independently and proactively.
· Experience with project management, able to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
· Effective communication skills, with proficiency in English [and another language if necessary].
· Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software tools.
