Business Unit Description


The Financial Services Consulting team provides a full range of services to our Banking & Financial Services clients, including Strategy and Revenue Growth (Entry strategy, Product portfolio analysis, Business plan development and Optimization of revenue generation), Operational excellence (Organization restructuring, Corporate governance development, Organisation transformation, Performance Management, Outsourcing & Shared Services strategies and Cost optimisation), Risk consulting (Risk appetite definition, Risk framework development, Risk reviews and alignment), Technology enablement (System selections, Implementation program management) and Analytics.

Job Summary


We are seeking a Senior Associate/Manager with previous consulting experience and a strong background in the business and operational aspects of virtual assets and related players in the field (VASPs, banks and fintech operating in the Virtual Assets space - crypto, NFT, gaming, tokenization, etc.). The ideal candidate will be adept at supporting and executing the integration of virtual assets operations, compliance controls and technologies into existing systems, including navigating regulatory requirements. This role demands a balance of consulting experience, business and operational knowledge, and a passion for innovation in the financial sector.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Support operational and technical consulting projects for the development of new Virtual Assets products, new market entry, and for the integration of virtual assets systems with existing infrastructures.
  • Navigate through regulatory environments to test and validate new fintech solutions while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and refine operational procedures and best practices for the deployment and management of fintech and virtual asset services.
  • Provide technical expertise and oversight during the development and implementation phases of projects.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in fintech, virtual assets, blockchain technology, and CBDCs to continuously enhance our service offerings.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training within the team to foster an environment of continuous learning and development.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and networking in the fintech and virtual assets community.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience with a focus on fintech, virtual assets, banking, innovation.
  • Proven track record in the operational and procedural aspects of financial services and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments.
  • Business and operational proficiency with blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and other virtual assets technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Eagerness to stay at the leading edge of innovation and continuously acquire new skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet client and project requirements.
