Job Responsibilities:

Ensure requested vehicles are prepared and positioned before scheduled customer appointments.
Coordinate with Sales team to provide vehicles for test drives promptly, minimizing customer waiting time.
Verify that test drive vehicles are clean, fueled (where applicable), and in roadworthy condition before customer use.
Ensure vehicles are returned, inspected, and parked correctly after each test drive.
Report any vehicle issues identified before or after test drives to the relevant team.
Manage the daily movement and organization of approximately 350 vehicles across the showroom, display areas, customer parking, and storage locations.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all display vehicles meet showroom presentation standards.
Coordinate with the vehicle cleaning/detailing team to maintain cleanliness of showroom and display vehicles.
Perform routine patrols of the showroom parking areas to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Monitor the designated test drive area and coordinate with the relevant departments to resolve any obstructions or operational issues promptly.
Identify and report safety hazards, damaged vehicles, unauthorized parking, or operational concerns.
Ensure all vehicles are securely parked and locked when not in use.
