&middot &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the facility, encompassing the implementation of safety protocols, conducting routine inspections, and promptly addressing any identified risks to employees as well as occupants.


&middot &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Engage in budgeting for facility-related expenditures, encompassing maintenance, repairs, and enhancements. Focus on cost control measures while upholding requisite standards for facility operations.


&middot &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Implement emergency response strategies to manage various crises, including fires, natural disasters, and other emergencies.


Eng Engage with external vendors and service providers to coordinate maintenance, repairs

&middot &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Ensure the facility meets the needs and satisfaction of tenants or employees by addressing concerns, managing complaints, and fostering a positive and productive environment.


Identify opportunities for facility improvement projects and upgrades, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement enhancements that enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.


Requirement:


- 5 years of experience in similar role.


- Experience in facilities management, with a focus on maintenance and operations
