Accountable for creating journal entries and assembling supporting documentation, as well as for tracking the contents of accounts, creating portions of the financial statements, and writing related disclosures.Responsibilities:E-dirham reconciliationNoqodi reconciliationMonitoring Interest Expense transactions &Bank chargesMaintain a master list of monthly journal entriesRecord supporting information for all journal entriesEnter all journal entries into the accounting softwareEnsure that reversing entries occurRebates Validation/Raise and Get approval of CNs +Profitability analysisDebit notes & ReconciliationMonthly reconciliation of all employee Maintaining schedule for provision, prepayments, amortization Maintenance of fixed asset register for all addition and disposalTimely filling of return and payment of all taxes and dutiesTreasury management (Bank interest & loans)Timely computation and payment of incentivesExpense and income TransactionsEnsuring accuracy of Trail Balance at any given point in timeLiaising with HSBC(IL,SCF)Full and Final settlement checkingDepartment Budget under Power BICash flow managementInsurance Matters, claims, group reporting for insuranceIFRS entries monthly closing and to match with Rubli monthwiseEnsure proper accuracy for all taxation mattersMonitoring rebates for all brands Key experiences:Up to 5 years of experience in finance & accountingUniversity Degree in an accounting related disciplineMS Office
