Requirements:
Experience: Work experience in GSS. Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in full-cycle development projects.
Education: Higher education in construction
Fluent English or Russian
Skills and Knowledge:
- Process optimization and budgeting in construction
- Project team management
- Knowledge of construction standards and safety regulations
Personal Qualities: Analytical mindset, strategic thinking
Preferably a portfolio of completed projects
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the development project
- Develop and implement the company’s construction strategy
- Ensure timely and quality construction of projects
- Administer construction processes on sites, ensuring efficient use of company resources
- Organize tenders for selecting contractors for construction, equipment, and materials
- Supervise contractors, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Oversee the acceptance and commissioning of projects
- Determine financial resources needed for planned work (budgeting)
- Report to the shareholder
