As the Health Care Consumer Engagement Specialist you will be required to develop, implement and manage different multi-channel campaigns, for consumers, that are aligned with the objectives of the organization and that will enhance the user experience journey.  The Omni-channel campaign lead will play an integral role in increasing disease/brand awareness in the digital space using a multi-channel approach that is aligned with the relevant internal stakeholders.


The role will report to the GCC Omni-channel Strategy Lead and it involves active engagement across the company closely collaborating within a matrix of functions: Marketing, Medical, Sales, Market Access, IT, Operations and more


Job Description


  • Planning, developing and managing all aspects of digital campaigns (working closely with brand leads, Content & automation leads and data lead, IT) across multiple channels using tools and techniques as appropriate
  • Leverage Salesforce Marketing cloud and exact target knowledge to run and optimize Marketing campaigns through enhanced customer and patient journeys
  • Creating Omni-channel Marketing campaigns that include E-Marketing, Social Media Smart Ads and Cloud Communication
  • alignment with global strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborating with different and innovative vendors and continuously being up to date with novel technology
  • Defining the KPIS and manage digital advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Work closely with data analytics team to measure, evaluate and report versus objectives and performance of all omni-channel campaigns
  • Continuously sharing learnings with the teams and offer recommendations for future tailored campaigns based on personas/behaviours
  • Analysis of social media listening for better understanding of online behaviours
  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic and customer acquisition by continuing to improve usability, design, content and conversion
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of digital marketing assets, including websites, social pages, and internal applications.
  • Seeking new market trends and insights to optimize budget and performance of the campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze competitor digital marketing activities to identify opportunities and threats
  • Collaborate with the Regional Digital Marketing team and external partners to ensure

Education & Required Experience


  • A Marketing Degree either BS/MS or a degree in a similar field
  • Digital certifications/courses preferred
  • Work experience in Digital Marketing is a must (3 years+)
  • FMCG or Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Understanding/Experience with running campaigns using a marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge and experience in Customer Journey Mapping and marketing effectiveness metrics

Skills


  • Ideal candidate will possess the technical knowledge to lead as an SME with the ability to communicate to non-technical team members
  • Experience in traditional media/offline media and influencer marketing
  • Highly creative with an aptitude to identify relevant target audiences and creating concepts for digital campaigns that will engaging and will enhance user experience
  • Innovative with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Hight-level understanding and use of digital buying and engagement metrics (CTR, CTA, CPM, CPC, etc)
  • Experience with A/B Testing and website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, etc
  • Must be tech and digitally savvy 
  • Excellent project management skills – management of various projects and campaigns
  • Customer focused behaviour
  • Organized and articulate, with impeccable attention to detail
  • Able to demonstrate enhanced Strategic thinking
  • Strong teamwork Skills but can also work individually
  • Fair knowledge on HTML, CSS, JAVAScript and various other coding platforms (a plus)
  • Strong Analytics and statistical skills
  • Data – driven thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
  • A genuine interest in healthcare and desire to be key stakeholder in discussion on improving it
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
