Job Description:

• Handle the recruitment and selection process for the group alongside departmental assistance and assist in the recruitment within its subsidiaries.
• Preparing payroll after reviewing attendance, creating, and coordinating with insurance companies, and managing employees’ annual leaves, sick leaves, and attendance.
• Bridging the HR department and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues in a professional & respectful manner.
• Managing current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital (experience & long-term employees).
• Other roles and responsibilities to be assigned by the Group Human Resources Manager and/or CEO.
