Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and external partners as needed to support project objectives and requirements.
Laise within departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, leveraging emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and efficiency.

Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and cloud services, negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers to maximize value and ROI.
Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability, identifying and addressing issues, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Develop and manage FnB IT budgets, forecasts, and expenditures, tracking costs and resources to optimize spending and support strategic initiatives.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the FnB IT department , promoting knowledge sharing, teamwork, and accountability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (X years) in FnB IT management, with a focus on technical programs, operations, infrastructure management, and project delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
