We are seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer UAE National with good communication skills who have the ability to not only lead but also work as part of a team. Typically, our graduates will hold a minimum degree classification of 2.1 or equivalent in a MEng/MSc Mechanical Engineering degree and possess the ability to communicate effectively with clients in English and operate in a competitive and commercial environment. Preference will be given to candidates with a specialist further degree.
Responsibilities
Assigned to projects across the region within our current portfolio of work.
Responsible for answering the switch board. Receiving calls and making sure they are passed to individuals promptly.
Responsible for sending and receiving all couriers and liaising with courier companies.
Conduct themselves professionally at all time and work seamlessly with one’s colleagues.
Distributing documents to contractors i.e., tender documents, obtaining receipt on handover of originals and passing receipted letter back to the person concerned handling the project via the internal distribution system.
Faxing documents for all members of staff as and when requested.
Updating telephone lists and circulating to members of staff
