The Legal Executive Assistant Intern will provide valuable support to legal executives and attorneys within the legal department. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of legal operations, including research, document preparation, and administrative tasks. The intern will work closely with legal professionals to assist in day-to-day activities and contribute to the efficient functioning of the legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support our legal team in day-to-day tasks such as drafting legal documents, preparing
correspondences, and organizing files.
Assist in legal research and analysis on various topics including case law, statutes, and regulations.
Aid in the preparation of legal briefs, memos, and presentations for internal and external use.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments for legal staff.
Manage and maintain legal databases, filing systems, and document repositories.
Assist with document review, proofreading, and editing to ensure accuracy and compliance with
legal requirements.
Help in the preparation of trial materials, exhibits, and evidence for court proceedings.
Provide administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
Collaborate with other departments and external parties to gather information
