Logistics Operations Executive

We are looking for the Logistics Operations Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:

• Handle freight inquiries, quotations, and coordination with local and international clients for SEA, AIR, and LAND services;
• Manage transportation arrangements by booking shipments, negotiating freight rates, and selecting appropriate carriers or freight forwarders;
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Trade and Dubai customs procedures, processing import/export customs declarations;
• Generate and verify all necessary documents related to shipments, such as Bill Of Entry, Airway Bill, Bill of Lading, etc;
• Update Trackers -Daily Activity Monitoring, Daily Active File, Microsoft Team;
• Interact with customers to arrange shipments, exceeding customer service expectations;
• Understand and apply shipping incoterms for freight shipments.
