To develop and implement and follow up the Quality and Excellence requirement and best practices related to ISO standards and the Dubai Government Excellence Program, and to provide strategic direction to achieve RTA Quality & excellence objectives and targets.
Key Results Accountabilities:
Disaster and emergency preparedness processes (internal and external) for continuity of operation through maintaining continuity in supply systems with alternate arrangements.
Participate actively and provide advice and assistance to assign cross functional improvement activities.
Maintain relevant statistics and issue progress reports on all issues related to the excellence program.
Develop (formulate review & update) & Ensure Compliance with Quality policy and procedures of the sector.
Management Review on Quality issues performance inspection / audit findings progress towards the objectives & targets of sector.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Industrial Engineering from a recognized University. Master’s degree is preferred.
Skills:
7 years of related experience. Certification (EFQM / DGEP / DQA / SKGEP), Quality Certification (ISO certified Auditor)
Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation
