Job Description



Managing the projects & functioning of the Gaming & eSports vertical within Publicis Content. Supporting the Associate Business Director and empower the wider Gaming & eSports team, you will be required to help create and deliver end-to-end multi-market gaming & esports proposals and solutions. This will include but not limited to brand gaming strategy, platform strategy, ideation, campaign planning, content & partnerships, campaign execution & management. Building trusted relationships and working with internal teams to deliver innovative responses to briefs that exceed client expectations. Where required, you will work with other Publicis Content teams such as creative, production, strategy or distribution to help further drive Publicis Content revenues.

Main Tasks



Technical & Product
Solid understanding of Gaming & eSports (personal or professional), particularly on how gamers think, and what are the best ways to engage with them. Quick learning on the various solutions the Gaming & eSports vertical offer, the partners and suppliers we work with. Strong client-ready presentation deck building capabilities.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
Support the Associate Business Director and the wider business with creative ideas and research for new business pitches when required. Set clear roles and responsibilities at the start of each project for the team members supporting you, allowing for their constant development and learning. Prioritise the work-load and manage tasks to achieve deadlines, ensuring the team supporting you do the same Constantly exceed expectations and ensure KPI’s & key project milestones are met Manage the day-to-day relationship with our internal & external teams Build trusted relationships with clients, partners, wider Publicis Media teams, and client agency partners to support client retention and revenue growth Maintain a solid understanding of client’s business and their competitors to make recommendations to clients and planning teams which drive change Work with the wider Content practice to integrate gaming opportunities with other Publicis Content services Ensure accuracy with finance & keep constantly updated with finance and billing processes Develop skills across the gaming landscape, project management, creativity, data analysis and campaign optimisation Ensure you are familiar with the Publicis Content offering as well as other practices within the Publicis Groupe Handling complex situations with emotional intelligence and diligence
Innovative & Analytical Mindset
Effectively & quickly identifying problems to be solved during daily operation & projects, and subsequently to come up with smart solutions for them. Challenge yourself and the team on coming up with innovative gaming ideas and mechanisms that both address brand objectives and gamer/gaming insights.

Qualifications



4-5 years of experience within an agency environment, ideally multi-market. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic & English) Excellent understanding of the MENA and Global Gaming & eSports landscape Experience managing people, in your team and cross-functional Ability to analyse campaign results and produce impeccable reports and PCAs (Post Campaign Analysis) Proven success in delivering high-quality gaming solutions Experience working with centralised clients and multi-market briefs Confidence dealing with global and senior clients Strong end-to-end project management skills and a level of negotiation skills Attention to detail & high interest in end-to-end marketing Process driven, experience using research and measurement tools Flexible and hard working - used to working to deadlines under pressure Able to work independently and as part of a team, whilst motivating others Experience with budget & finance management
