About the Job
Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans for EVCI and H2 initiatives, including EVCI network development, pricing strategy and customer value proposition, in alignment with ADNOC Distribution's vision, mission, and values. Conduct market research, prepare business cases, monitor progress, and stay up to date with the latest developments in the EVCI and H2 sectors. Develop relationships with key stakeholders, supporting marketing and communication strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Planning and Market Research
Develop and implement strategic plans for EVCI and H2 initiatives, including EVCI network development, pricing strategy and customer value proposition, in alignment with ADD's vision, mission, and values. Lead market research conduct and analysis to identify and assess trends, opportunities, challenges, and risks in the EVCI and H2 sectors. Reporting and Monitoring Prepare and present business cases, proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and external parties. Monitor and report on the progress, performance, and outcomes of EVCI and H2 initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement. Develop and ensure updating of performance scorecards to measure and report on the progress and impact of the company's initiatives and projects in the EVCI and H2 sectors.
Stakeholder Management and Communication
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as industry associations, government agencies, research institutes, and potential partners, to gather market intelligence and facilitate collaboration. Support the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies to promote the company's vision, mission, and value proposition in the EVCI and H2 sectors.
Governance and Compliance
Design and execute a governance program to ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices in the EVCI and H2 sectors.
Innovation and Change Management
Lead and participate in innovation and change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation in the EVCI and H2 sectors. Product Pricing Analyze and recommend product pricing strategies based on market trends, customer demand, and competitive analysis in the EVCI and H2 sectors.
Project Management
Manage and coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of assigned projects in the EVCI and H2 sectors, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget control.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is preferred. 12 of experience in strategic management, project management, or business development. 5 years’ experience in the EVCI and H2 sectors is required. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the EVCI and H2 markets, technologies, policies, and regulations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and data Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences. Proven leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. Highly motivated, adaptable, and innovative, with a passion for EVCI and H2 and a drive for excellence.
