Mechanical Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Attending site to control subcontractors’ activities.
• Use the right strategy for material, labour, and tools to be used on a daily basis.
• Coordinating with engineering and project management teams to ensure that the project design is correct before work commences.
• Ensuring that safety policies are strictly followed in the case of site assembly of plants. Ensuring all staff have a basic understanding of safety procedures, safety rules, and safety requirements.
• Reviewing project progress to ensure that deadlines are met.

 Preference:

• Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
• Excellent planning and leadership abilities
• Professional Certifications (e.g. CMRP or HVAC certified) are preferred
