About the Role
We are seeking a creative and innovative Multimedia Designer to develop engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. The role involves creating high-quality graphics, motion graphics, videos, animations, and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate client and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Content Development

Design visually compelling graphics, digital assets, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns.

Create engaging artwork for social media, websites, digital advertising, presentations, and print materials.

Develop creative concepts that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.

Ensure consistency across all visual communication and branding materials.
Motion Graphics & Video Production

Produce motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms.

Edit promotional videos, corporate videos, advertisements, and social media content.
-
Add visual effects, transitions, sound, and graphics to enhance video quality.

Optimize multimedia content for various digital channels and platforms.
Branding & Visual Identity
-
Develop and maintain brand guidelines across all creative deliverables.

Design logos, brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, and other marketing collateral.

Ensure all creative outputs reflect the brand's tone, style, and messaging.

Support branding initiatives and product launches through creative design.
Collaboration & Project Management

Work closely with marketing, content, digital, and account management teams.

Interpret creative briefs and transform concepts into compelling visual solutions.

Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

Present creative ideas and incorporate client or stakeholder feedback effectively.
Digital & Web Design Support

Design user-friendly website graphics, landing pages, email templates, and digital assets.

Optimize visuals for web performance and responsive platforms.

Collaborate with web developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Stay updated with UI/UX design trends and digital best practices.
Quality Assurance & Innovation

Ensure all creative work meets quality standards and project requirements.

Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.

Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and multimedia tools.

Continuously introduce innovative ideas to enhance creative output.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

3–7 years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, or digital creative roles.
-
Experience within an advertising agency, media company, marketing agency, or creative studio is highly preferred.

Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, motion graphics, and video editing projects.
