New Business Manager

growAp, an innovative application transforming the approach of businesses to Internet Marketing, is seeking an experienced New Business Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our organization, you will have a unique opportunity to support our rapid growth in the Arabian Peninsula.

Position Description:

The New Business Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, developing B2B client relationships, and negotiating and concluding contracts. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building and expanding long-term business relationships, able to identify and seize new opportunities across various industries, especially with experience working with network clients in online activities such as SEO and CPC within advertising agencies.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in selling SEO and performance marketing services to retail companies, franchises, or other commercial and service networks.
• Experience in an advertising agency, serving network clients in online activities (SEO/CPC).
• Fluent in English (min. B2/C1).
• Proven experience in effectively negotiating and concluding contracts.
• Willingness for local and international business travel.
• Ability to analyze the market, identify customer needs, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
• Exceptional communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
