Operation Manager

We are currently seeking an Operation Manager to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. They are a sea cargo service provider. The person is going to handle 2 companies.

Responsibilities:

• Manager with at least 10 years of Experience.
• Experience in administration who can oversee all office operations, manage the business, and establish our company as a new venture.
• Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
• Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

Timing: 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
