As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of this newly launched AI product. You will play a critical role in ensuring the products success by managing its day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the operational strategy and execution for AI , ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Manage and scale the operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Develop and implement efficient processes to maximize productivity and ensure the highest quality of service.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and user growth teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on operational performance, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management of internet business, preferably AI related industry.
Proven track record of leading operations and teams in a high-growth environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and leading a diverse team.
Knowledge of the latest trends in artificial intelligence and generative content is highly desirable.
