Producer Specialist - Car Wash

As a producer specialist for our on-demand car wash vertical, you will be working closely with our producers (marketplace partners) to enable their growth and success within the CAFU platform through operational optimization by liaising with marketing, business and product to achieve WoW growth. The producer specialist will become the main point of contact for car wash producers and provide a platform for their requirements and provide tailored recommendations to their service offering through analysis of their performance and achieving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
• Create and implement weekly performance framework establishing key areas for Improved efficiency and optimization within the vertical
• Conduct weekly operational performance meetings with producers (conversion/asset utilization etc.) providing producers with strategic and direction for growth
• Project manage asset preparation for existing and new producers liaising with procurement, business and lessor
• Create, manage, and listings In terms of, vehicle master list and pricing.
• Assist producer in licensing support for territorial expansion and multi service offering
• Create and optimize operational asset zoning for maximized order growth and customer satisfaction
• Research and identify new producers, including logistical needs and operational capacity in liaison with business
• Review customer feedback and service health, updating processes as needed
• Manage producer inventory to reflect on the CAFU platform and create performance metrics
• Maintain a detailed understanding of the mechanics of all backend tools, processes and systems
• Implement new metric definitions in the backend tooling to further optimize operations
Requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• knowledge of the car wash and garage ecosystem in the UAE
• Expert at Excel/PowerPoint and has intermediate data analysis skills
• Ability to communicate and drive decision making.
• E-commerce experience and ability to demonstrate working with multiple partners/vendors
