 The Corporate & Investment Banking Group (CIBG) provides a portfolio of corporate banking services, including investment & transaction banking as well as financial market solutions. This sophisticated product suite is powered by efficient digital platforms and distribution channels. It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions, large to mid-size corporates, and commercial clients (SMEs), and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally

 We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our CIBG Product team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Manage all operational matters related to CIBG Cards (incl. all Debit Cards) and create efficiency
• Coordinate with IT partners to ensure all system enhancements are delivered
• Facilitate training sessions & workshops on Cards with frontline, support staff, etc.
• Handle daily inquiries and resolve complaints / issues on Debit Cards within the agreed TAT
• Re-carding of old debit cards customers by migrating them to the CIBG BIN
• Liaise with MasterCard/ or Visa to leverage on their expertise to build/enhance new card variants
• Create and implement policies, procedures and controls. SOP, SLA, etc
• Manage all internal / external stakeholders
• Maintain reports on a periodic basis
• Manage the P&L of the CIBG Debit Cards
