Project Manager - Residential Development

We are working with a British owned Real estate developer who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Dubai-based team. This role will oversee the delivery of high-profile residential developments across the UAE, Morocco, and Sri Lanka.

This is a client-side position offering the opportunity to play a key role in the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of multiple residential projects. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Role

Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for managing projects throughout the full development lifecycle, from design coordination and procurement through to construction delivery and handover. Regular travel to project locations in Morocco and Sri Lanka will be required.
Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the developer's representative across multiple residential developments.
• Managing and coordinating consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers.
• Leading project meetings and driving decision-making across all stakeholders.
• Monitoring project programmes, budgets, risks, and quality standards.
• Reviewing and challenging project deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Providing regular project updates and reporting to senior leadership.
• Managing contract administration, change control, and project governance processes.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations, health and safety requirements, and company standards.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks while proactively resolving issues.
• Supporting strategic planning and delivery across an international project portfolio.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience working client-side/developer-side on residential real estate developments.
• Strong project management experience delivering medium to large-scale residential projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience overseeing projects from concept through to completion.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercially aware with a strong understanding of project controls, budgets, and programme management.
• Experience working in international markets or managing geographically dispersed projects would be advantageous.
• Western educated preferred.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to operate effectively at senior management level.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Dubai, Morocco, and Sri Lanka.
