Key Responsibilities:·
1) Leverage your extensive network with agencies, brokers, and investors to drive the sales of off-plan properties across various projects.
2) Sales Target Achievement - Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Proven track record in real estate sales with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with real estate developers (experience with UAE based developers will be an advantage).
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
Strong negotiation & experience in finalizing deals.
Excellent communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
