Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
Establish and enforce quality assurance policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Conduct internal audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of quality management systems and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to address non-conformities and improve overall quality performance.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance principles, practices, and procedures.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics to track performance trends and identify opportunities for optimization.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance activities, including audit reports, corrective actions, and compliance documentation.
Support external audits and assessments conducted by regulatory agencies or certification bodies.
Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and regulatory changes related to quality assurance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a supervisory or senior staff role in a reputable manufacturing organization certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards, with a complement of at least 160 employees.
High level of expertise, proficiency, and hands-on work experience in establishing, implementing, and maintaining ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in industrial refrigeration manufacturing is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve quality objectives.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certification as a Quality Auditor (CQA), Quality Engineer (CQE), or similar is desirable.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
