We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, approved drawings, and UAE regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality control processes for high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects.

• Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures at site.
  

  
  

• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  

  
  

• Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports.
  

  
  

• Review project documents, method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.
  

  
  

• Coordinate with consultants, project engineers, and site teams for inspections and approvals.
  

  
  

• Monitor quality of civil, structural, and finishing works.
  

  
  

• Ensure materials received at site meet approved specifications and standards.
  

  
  

• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
  

  
  

• Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
  

  
  

• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
  

  
  

• Monitor testing activities and ensure proper documentation.
  

  
  

• Support project handover documentation and final quality inspections.
  

  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  

  
  

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as QA/QC Engineer in construction projects.
  

  
  

• Experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects preferred.
  

  
  

• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation.
  

  
  

• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and method statements.
  

  
  

• UAE contracting experience is preferred.
  

  
  

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
