As the Service Quality Team Lead at Justlife, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of service excellence in our home service operations. This leadership position demands a candidate with a robust background in-home services, technical expertise, and a proven track record in startup environments. You will lead a team of home service trainers, quality executives, and operations specialists, contributing to the overall success of our expansion into the Saudi market.
What we expect from you:
- Supervise and lead a team of home service trainers, quality executives, and specialists
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes for home service operations
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established standards
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and best practices
- Design and deliver training programs for home service technicians to enhance their technical skills and service delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay updated on product/service changes and incorporate them into training modules
- Possess a deep understanding of technical aspects related to home services to effectively evaluate and enhance service quality
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements that may impact service delivery
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize service processes and workflows
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing solutions for continuous improvement
- Utilize data-driven insights to generate regular reports on service quality, identifying key performance indicators and areas for enhancement
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a home service startup or similar industry
- In-depth knowledge of technical aspects related to home services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
