Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) across all projects
Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, client specifications, and ISO standards
Manage QA/QC processes, inspections, and audits across large-scale building works
Oversee NCRs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Review and approve ITPs, method statements, and material submittals
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all quality matters
Drive best practices and lessons learned across projects
Prepare and present quality reports and KPIs to senior management
Lead, mentor, and develop site quality teams
Promote a culture of quality excellence and right-first-time delivery

Candidate Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Min 10 years proven experience in Construction projects and at least 2 years in a Quality Manager position.
Candidates with Construction or Interiors or MEP project experience are sought as there are multiple roles open within the Group.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and UAE construction regulations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
