Job Overview:



As a Quality Officer, you will join the Quality Assurance Unit team, which is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service and compliance with company policies and procedures during sales calls. You will report to the QA team leader. Your role will involve listening to calls made by sales agents or telesales operators to prospective clients, providing feedback to improve performance, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Call Monitoring: Listen to recorded sales calls made by real estate sales agents and telesales operators to evaluate the quality of interactions with clients. Complete the Call Evaluation Form (EF) and submit it through the system. Meet daily and monthly targets for the number of EFs completed and maintain a minimum level of errors. Quality Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of sales techniques, communication skills, and adherence to company guidelines during calls. Compliance Verification: Ensure that sales agents adhere to legal and ethical guidelines, as well as company policies, in their interactions with clients. Provide necessary feedback for improvement. Quality Assurance Initiatives: Collaborate with management to develop and implement quality assurance initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service and sales effectiveness.

What we’re looking for:



Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or quality assurance is preferred. Excellent listening and communication skills are required. Assiduity and accuracy are essential qualities for the role. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are necessary for evaluating call performance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
