We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Analyze project costs and monitor budgets throughout project execution.
Prepare tender documentation and assist in the procurement process.
Measure completed work and prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
Assess and manage project variations, change orders, and claims.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective cost control.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and local regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
Experience preparing BOQs, tender documentation, and cost reports.
Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English is required.
