We're on the lookout for a dynamic Real Estate Broker to join our team at Nine Star Properties. As a pivotal member of our organization, you'll be instrumental in providing expert guidance and assistance to clients navigating the complexities of the real estate market. Your primary focus will involve facilitating transactions, sourcing new leads, and fostering strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.
Job Responsibilities:

- Source new leads and increase inventory stock of units.
- Analyze the local real estate market to identify potential properties for clients.
- Negotiate purchase and sale contracts for clients.
Skills & Requirements:
- MUST have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of real estate market trends and financing options.
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and increasing inventory stock.
- Proficiency in generating leads through networking and relationship building.
- Strong analytical skills for market analysis and property recommendations.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
