Regional Campaign Manager

The Regional Campaign Manager is a newly created roles at InstaShop and it has been created to drive the Regional Campaign management strategy. The role will be responsible to develop and guide the team to execute special campaigns in collaboration with our new and existing partners in UAE and Egypt to run activations and offers in order to accelerate InstaShop performance.
Primary responsibilities
Lead the development of global campaign strategies to then support the team to localize them based on the unique market dynamics, cultural nuances, customer and partners needs Ensure that a robust information base and insights from partner shops and internal cross functional teams is built to support the strategy design Cultivate strong relationships with key partners and internal and external stakeholders in the UAE and Egypt, leveraging existing networks and forging new alliances to amplify campaign reach and impact Utilize data-driven insights and market intelligence to create short term & long term campaign goals, inform campaign strategy, and continuously optimizing performance and ROI to drive tangible business outcomes Collaborate closely with close function such as marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall business objectives Define and execute strategies to meet NCR (Non-Commission Revenue) targets Optimize existing and initiate new monetization tools and in-app sponsored placements Define and sell in-app activations (ad-placements) and marketing packages to vendors
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in campaign management or account management with exposure to more than one market Superb communication, presentation and analytical skill Top class persuasive and negotiation skills Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Able to quickly adapt and work in a dynamic environment Commercial business acumen Business or marketing related bachelor/masters preferred * Proven record of managing a high performing team
