We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Rental Manager to oversee and expand our Furniture Rental Services division in the UAE. This role will play a crucial part in managing client relationships, optimizing rental operations, and ensuring the successful delivery of premium furniture for events and exhibitions. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Senior Account Manager - Furniture Rental, based in Dubai-UAE.


Market Analysis:


  • Analyze client preferences and market demands to tailor furniture rental offerings accordingly.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the furniture rental process.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide innovative solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide tailored furniture solutions, including recommending appropriate styles, quantities, and configurations to meet client needs.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Support:


  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Track commercial terms and financial deliverables for your clients.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales pipeline and track performance against targets.

Order Management:


  • Process and manage furniture rental orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to coordinate order fulfilment.

Client Communication:


  • Provide regular updates to clients on order status, delivery schedules, and any relevant information.
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Contract Management:


  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to manage contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Ensure all contractual terms are met and agreements are adhered to.

Team Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery, client satisfaction and financial growth.

  • Onsite support if needed.

Qualifications:


  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the furniture rental or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of furniture rental trends and requirements.
  • Strong network of contacts within the event & hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Willingness to travel for events as required, in the GCC.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and event management software and tools

General Obligations towards Health, Safety and Environment:


  • You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued by the company.  
  • You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company.  
  • You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations.  
  • You will perform all tasks set forth by safety and environmental regulations and thus cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and condition that do not pose any risks in terms of health, safety and environment to others
