JOB PROFILE DESCRIPTION:

Experience for a lifestyle upscale standalone restaurant for an International Group, renowned on this segment - this is mandatory
Experience in Dubai or the Middle East
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participates in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all Divisional department activities to develop and implement long range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
Oversees departments to review production and operating reports and resolve operational, and facility problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays to meet future growth.
Confers with subordinate administration and other administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions.
Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis: for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures.
Reviews operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning to develop new markets.
Able to overlook the guest's experience and to attract new clientele
Provides leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development.
Understand establish and deliver the business model of what makes the brand
Identify, hire and develop a team in line with Brand Expectations.
Monitor operations and deliver the best possible outcome
Mentor and monitor the management team promoting ownership and accountability
Marketing strategies to plan and support the above
Compliance strategies covering food and beverage curriculum, quality assurance, and Health and Safety
Financial knowledge to produce a budget, and follow up on it while maximizing outlet financial outcome without compromising quality
Reporting directly to DO, the role requires a visionary who is also a driven and decisive individual with a proven track record of leading from the front to deliver high-value business performance whilst building an inclusive and collaborative culture.
Responsible for supporting the DO, in developing and directing strategy toward the profitable growth and operation of the Group.
Developing strategic, operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities established by the DO and the brand direction
Maintaining an on-going, transparent dialogue with the DO to ensure the DO is kept up to date with day-to-day activities
Lead on the execution and further development of the shared vision and mission for the organization
Ensuring appropriate operational planning and quality assurance control systems are in place and complied with
Ensuring appropriate financial planning with control systems are in place and complied with
Be the driving force in identifying and developing new opportunities (if any) for the organization to sustain growth
Make provision for the development and management of the organizations technological infrastructure and information systems
Provide strategic advice and guidance to DO and Partners, to keep them aware of development within the industry and to ensure that the appropriate policies and procedures are developed to meet the Groups mission and objectives and to comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations
Develop and maintain an effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote our services to a wider market-specific audience Operational:
Ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by management and all other employees
Successfully implementing Group policies and procedures
Building and maintaining & inspire at all times an effective Management team
Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets taking remedial action where necessary and informing the Board of significant changes
Representing the Group to major customers and professional associations
Act as a role model and drive the continuous development through the Compliance Strategy and Quality Improvement Plan
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Legislation internally and externally
Embed a mindset of continuous improvement in all activities within your control
Keep abreast of industry news and market forces that may have both an adverse or positive influence on the organization
Review and seek to influence the social, political, economic, technical, and legal factors within the sector environment, identifying and responding to the needs and interests of the organizations stakeholders
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to audit and monitor the quality of outputs; demonstrable experience of delivery against specified protocols/procedures ensuring the highest level of performance.
Teamwork: - Ability to build and develop relationships with the internal employee, strategic partners, and other external parties/organizations; able to resolve conflict.
Be a leader from the front, leading by example. Capable of overseeing the Management team and bringing added value to your management while challenging them out of their comfort zone, to allow ownership, growth, and development

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
University Degree holder in Business Administration/Economics/Finance or equivalent qualifications
Experience Minimum 5 years working at Senior Management level
Highly developed and finely tuned experience in setting strategic direction
Experienced in producing and developing strategic business plans & personal development plan
Experienced in working within a target-driven environment and managing a senior team
Experienced in developing and maintaining a business development network
The capacity and capability to encourage innovation and creativity within the organization
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
A leader who demonstrates high levels of decision-making and influence
