As the Sales Manager at Nas Daily, your job is to create, build, and put into action the business strategy to reach Nas Daily's sales targets. This means getting new customers, boosting sales, and increasing overall revenue. You'll also be in charge of keeping good connections with partners over time and making sure orders get to clients smoothly. Your main areas of focus are India, UAE, and GCC markets.
 
What this job involves:
  • Design, develop and execute the annual commercial Plan.
  • Establish personal sales objectives by weekly follow up.
  • Create and maintain a sales network with main accounts.
  • Manage P&L 
  • Ensure clients payments on date.
  • Evaluate possible payment risks.
  • Prepare Weekly sales report with conclusion and recommendation.
  • Propose new business ideas.
  • Analysis and follow-up of initiatives from competition
  • Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and position Nas Daily as the solution.
  • Present Nas Daily's products and services persuasively to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of solutions for clients.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and progress.

  • Previous experience in outbound sales or a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Passion for storytelling and Nas Daily's mission is a plus.
  • Proactive, passionate, action oriented and result driven.
  • Organized, disciplined, dedicated, loyal and a self-starter.
  • Focused, energetic and flexible.
  • Fluent in English in addition to the language spoken in the specific geographical area 
  • Assertive but with a diplomatic approach to business
  • Must possess business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
  • Presentation and public speaking attributes
