Position: Sales Manager - Real Estate
Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Contract Details: Full-time
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in the real estate industry.
You will also be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and expand the company's client base
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other sales techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local real estate regulations and laws
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies
- Understanding of local real estate laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours if required
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Salary AED 8000-10000 + attractive Commission + Standard benefits as per UAE labor law
