The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a pre-opening cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Corporate - Russian Speaker) to join their extraordinary team!
Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The Dubai Mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and convenient access to all of Dubai’s world-leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay will include 275 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.


YOUR DAY TO DAY


As Sales Manager (Corporate), your main areas of responsibility will be as follows:


  • Prospect and qualify new business by conducting regular market drives, utilizing reports such as Hotelligence, in-house guest lists, industry publications, etc.
  • Review market analysis to determine client needs, occupancy potential, desired rates, etc.
  • Negotiate with clients to achieve maximum profit while satisfying client needs.
  • Identify and analyze competitor hotels both locally and regionally to understand competitor strengths and weaknesses.
  • Prepare and review weekly sales reports listing daily efforts, including a summary of all definite and tentative business booked along with any cancellations and/ or lost business.
  • Coordinate transient and group room commitments to ensure proper market mix.
  • Enhance the hotel’s community image and stay abreast of competition, new developments, and sales methods and techniques in the hotel industry.
  • Build networking opportunities and represent the hotel’s interests in local issues by regularly attending the local Chamber of Commerce, Convention & Visitor’s Bureau, hotel associations, and trade shows.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Proven sales experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.


A minimum of 2 years of previous experience working as an Assistant Sales Manager will be an added advantage. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related field along with strong leadership abilities and a driven nature.
