About the job Sales Manager - Outdoor sales

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual and team goals.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to the team.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
    • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events to drive store traffic and sales.
  • Product Knowledge and Presentation:
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the outdoor furniture product range and stay informed about new product launches.
    • Ensure that the showroom is well-presented, with attractive displays that highlight the features and benefits of our products.
    • Provide training to the sales team on product features, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, order processing, and visual merchandising.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
    • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports related to sales activities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer preferences.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
