Job Purpose:
Looking for someone with 3 years plus of Salesforce development across Sales, Service, Community and marketing Clouds within UAE real estate market, who would be assisting in the implementation/ enhancements and support of Salesforce modules and responsible for the maintenance of Salesforce applications.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Maintain and customize CRM Sales, Service and Community Cloud implementations.
· Interact with business users to conduct needs assessment study, prepare scope of works, and functional specification document for new applications or modifications to the current applications
· Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices using Salesforce functionality (APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, etc.)
· Salesforce Administration & development of Process Builders, Workflows, Validations, Object Model, Profile/Role/Permission Set, Security etc.
· Responsible to build integrations with other systems (using REST and Web Services, Experience working on MuleSoft for integration purpose.
· Troubleshoot issues, identify complex problems and analyse potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes. Provide day-to-day end-user support.
· Minimum 2 - 3 implementations
