Senior Analyst, FM Consultancy

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive condition assessments of buildings and assets,identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions.
• Perform audits of FM service providers,evaluating their maintenance and safety practices,and recommending enhancements for improved performance.
• Develop detailed FM scopes of work based on client needs,asset designs,and specifications.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable FM strategies and plans.
• Recommend and implement cost-effective solutions for optimizing facility operations,including energy efficiency initiatives and preventive maintenance programs.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in facility management.
• Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for clients.
• Manage and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Perform all other related FM consultancy tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• LEED certification or similar sustainability accreditation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities management consulting or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting building condition assessments and audits.
• Strong understanding of building systems and technical services,including HVAC,plumbing,electrical,and fire protection.
• Knowledge of FM industry best practices and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication,written and verbal,skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant FM software.
