About the Company

Our Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) facility at Al Reyadah has the capacity to capture 800,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO2) from Emirates Steel Industries (ESI) each year, for use in the Bab and Rumaitha oil fields to support Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR). Al Reyadah is, therefore, a critical enabler of ADNOC’s 2030 sustainability goals.
Job Purpose
Analyse, interpret and advise on the business performance data related to Corporate HSE and support formulation of effective HSE strategies, work programs and initiatives related to Corporate HSE including business and HSE assurance plans.
Key Accountability
Participate in the development of the CHSE Division's annual and 5-year term business plans in line with corporate drivers and guide divisional management. Develop/coordinate on ADNOC Onshore HSE Performance Contract Targets and report the actuals to CPSD and ADNOC. Analyse the HSE data related to incidents, assurance objectives, Leadership visits, recommendations follow up, and present the same for developing HSE enhancement strategies and programs. Develop and follow up on various CHSE performance deliverables through ADNOC HSE Integrated System (HSEIS). Follows-up implementation of the approved Business Plan Work Program and prepare reports to analyse significant variations of results from planned objectives and targets, identify any necessary remedial action and target settings. Ensure alignment of HSE assurance plans and HSE KPls with ADNOC Group HSE annual KPIs and plans. Attend scheduled planning meetings with ADNOC Group HSE Planning team to be part of the assurance KPls development as subject matter expert. Prepare critical presentations for various major meetings and conduct thorough review with Managers. Benchmark the HSE Performance (internal and international) as best practice protocol Prepare forecast scenarios on various Performance Contract Indicators based on IOGP (Operating management system framework) standards or internal guideline. Conduct forecast analysis of the key HSE Performance Indicators.
Minimum Qualification, Knowledge, Experience
Should have the university degree in Business Administration / Management Should have at least 3 years or more years of experience in the HSE.
